In 1997 we began developing backoffice software to communicate with the Verifone Ruby SuperSystem. We developed this software to give the store managers a tool to monitor and aid in better decission making. Owning 3 stores of our own gave us valuable insight in what was needed to run a successful operation. We also had direct input from our store managers who played an important role in implementing many of the valuable features included in the The Wizard.
